PHotoshop cs2 - removing blurred face?

Hi, is it possible to remove blurr face from the picture (using photoshop cs2).

You can't. The information from the face is already lost so you and Photoshop don't have idea how to restore it. For example - What's the eye color of the given face? It can be brown, blue, green etc.

But you can replace the face with a new one taken from another picture.
