In adobe photoshop 7, i have a graphic / pixel image that i've created, and I only want to rotate a section of it. The only ''rotation'' option I've found is in Image %26gt; Rotate Canvas, but I don't want to rotate the whole thing; I only want to rotate a small selection of it.
Anyone know how?

1. Use a selection tool (Rectangular Marquee, Lasso, etc.) to select the area you want.
2. Edit/Transform/Rotate.

Select the layer and press Control/Command + T and then rotate. If you hold down the shift button, it rotates in increments of...(drawing a blank, but you get the idea).
you could crop the section out and rotate it in a new section then paste it back in
